This material aims to help university teaching staff in their decision-making process and plan their teaching in virtual mode.de este material es ayudar al profesorado universitario en su proceso de toma de decisiones, de cara a planificar su docencia en modalidad virtual.

It is important to remember that virtual teaching is not a "virtualisation" of face-to-face teaching, i.e. it is not a question of thinking about how to continue doing the same thing but virtually. It is a question of rethinking our subject as a whole and proposing a new instructional design based on the same competencies.

Virtual teaching is a different model from face-to-face teaching, and we cannot "virtualise" our planning for face-to-face teaching. Still, we have to approach a new instructional design process by adapting our strategies and activities to the unique teaching situation supported by technologies.
