For the design and planning of the MOOC, a document provided by the Innovation Unit will be completed, detailing the structure of the course.

In order to implement the course on the selected platform, it is necessary for the partition contract to be signed by all the members of the course.

The Innovation Unit will be responsible for setting up the course on the platform that is available at that time. If there are several platforms available, the one that best meets the needs of the course will be used. Once the course has been set up and before it is published, the course coordinator will be asked in writing to validate the correct setting up on the platform.

In this phase, the teaching team must commit to follow the course, which implies being aware of what happens in the different communication tools provided in the course. The obligatory communication tool in a MOOC is the forum, so the teaching team commits itself to follow up this tool and to attend the requests of the students who express themselves in it.
