Registration Fee

All prices in EUROS.

The participants have to pay registration fees (The fees may be changed only before the start of registration.
No changes will be made after registration opening).

Participants registration fee includes participation in all Symposium sessions, full set of documentation, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome party and gala dinner, round trip.

(*)Students have to provide scanned image of the official document confirming student status or their student’s card (student ID) before registration to the organizing committee.
PhD students also have to provide an official document or an official letter from mentor certified in the university.

(**) 20 % and 15 % discount on chairs and speakers, respectively

(***) Children 0-2 years old: free. Over 12 years old: regular fee for accompanying persons.

Refund policy

The persons may cancel their registration after money transfer. However, a cancellation fee will be deducted. Processing fee for Participants Registration cancellation will be 150€ and 50€ for Guests registration.

At the end of the registration, you will find the bank account number. Once done, you have to access to your profile and attach the copy in the bank transfer field.

Credit card payment

Once you have completed the registration form, select the credit card payment option, it will take you to a secure payment gateway where you can include your credit card information.
