Esta prueba sirve para determinar nuestro cronotipo: si tenemos facilidad para madrugar (matutino o tipo “alondra”) o, por el contrario, tenemos mucha facilidad para retrasar nuestra hora de acostarnos (vespertino o tipo “búho”), mediante una serie de sencillas preguntas sobre rutinas de horarios para días laborables y días libres. Respondiendo a estas preguntas podremos determinar tu cronotipo y proporcionarte algunos consejos.
This test is to determine your chronotype: if is easy to you up early
(morning type or “lark”) or if is easy to delay your bedtime (evening
type or “owl”), answering simple questions of hour routines in work

Para ello habrá que someter dichos datos a un proceso previo de disociación que impedirá la identificación de los titulares. Los datos de identidad serán borrados.
El usuario de esta aplicación, como responsable de la recogida y tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal, tiene la obligación de recabar el consentimiento expreso de los titulares de aquellos.
