She obtained a doctor's degree by the University of Santiago de Compostela in Sciences of Education.

She is a teacher in the Knowledge area: Didactics and School Organization (Department of Didactics and School Organization, Faculty of Education, University of Murcia), from 2004. Nowadays she has become a contracted teacher as Doctor with fixed character.
