CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT
&
CALL FOR SEMINAR PROPOSALS

The 2011 spring conference of the German Shakespeare Society, organised in association with the European Shakespeare Research Association (ESRA), will take place between
28 April – 1 May 2011 in Weimar (Germany)

Dear members of ESRA, dear colleagues,
The Weimar conference is now only two and a half months away, and many of you will want to make their travel arrangements and registration payment.

Registration:

http://www.shakespeare-gesellschaft.de/en/conferences/upcoming/weimar-spring-2011/registration.html
Registration deadline: 31 March 2011

Payment

The standard mode of payment for the conference will be by IBAN bank transfer. There will, however, be a transfer fee. Please note that one of the criteria to keep the Weimar Conference fee as low as possible -- 70 € non-DSG members (only 30 € if you pay the 30 € DSG membership fee) -- was precisely to accommodate additional costs like the IBAN bank transfer fee. For individuals who have not succeeded in paying their Conference fee, the Conference staff accept cash at the door. Naturally, -- but please not whole seminars who just find this more convenient.

All best, Andreas Höfele
