null The University of Murcia hosts the EUniWell Moot Court
The UMU hosts the EUniWell Moot Court, a competition for law students aimed at promoting collaboration between EUniWell partner universities, as well as the objectives and values of our European University.
The EUniWell Moot Court, a competition for law students from the Alliance's partner universities based on a simulation of a fictional case on European Union and International Law, will be held at the University of Murcia on 27th and 28th March.
The moot court, which will take place at the UMU Law Faculty exclusively in English, will be attended by students from the universities of Birmingham, Cologne, Taras Shevchenko National Kiev, Nantes, Leiden and Murcia, as well as prestigious jurists from national and European institutions, who will act as judges for the competition. The EUniWell Moot Court competition aims to stimulate the creation of networks of students and teachers with common interests, as well as to promote the values and objectives of EUniWell. In this respect, the competition will encourage, among others, meetings linked to future collaborations and research.
Coordinated by UMU Law Professor Jorge Piernas, this event is the result of the proposal submitted under the 4th call of the Seed Funding programme, which aims to fund innovative projects in line with the commitment to improve well-being through teaching and research, in line with the objectives of the 4 arenas on which the EUniWell Alliance focuses.
