Accommodation has been booked at various hotels especially for the conference delegates at very special discounted rates.
Participants can book their accommodation online through the conference website along the registration process.
As demand for rooms is very high in the city, it is advisable to secure your accommodation at the earliest to avoid any disappointment and inconvenience at the time of the conference. If you book through a different source rates may differe significantly.
Rates in (EUROS) quoted below are per room, per night, including breakfast and VAT. In case of tax/vat change, the rates will be updated accordingly. Rates are subject to change.

Cancellation and changes
Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat.
An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the change or cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat
Change of hotel, guest, number of nights or dates: EUR 25
Hotel cancellation fees:
Until 30 April 2015: EUR 15
Between 30 April and – 31 May 2015: EUR 25
After 1 June 2015: Minimum rate for one night.
The conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge for the full stay depending on the hotels’ terms and conditions. Credit cannot be given for late arrivals or early departure.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
