Research Group Equity and Inclusion in Education

    My teaching began since 1994 at the Faculty of Education at the University of Murcia. Previously, in subjects for a Bachelor of Pedagogy and Professions Teacher Training, Social Education and Educational Psychology, as well as in the Doctoral Program "Research and Development for the Improvement of Education" of the Department of Teaching and School Organization. Currently I teach in subjects of Master's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Teacher of Grade of Primary Education. Such subjects cover subjects such as the following:

• General teaching.
• Planning, development and evaluation of education.
• Teaching Profession.
• Educational counseling for the improvement of educational practices.
• Theoretical models of school organization.
• Communication in the organization and interorganizative relations.
• Organization and management of schools.
• Processes and strategies for institutional development and improvement of educational organizations.

Also, in the field of training and professional development of teachers both academic and non-university, include teaching experience in the following subject areas taught through courses and seminars:

• Professional collaboration and work teams among the teachers,
• External support to the development of the school and educational counseling.
• Assessment of teaching and professional self-assessment 

In this line, it should be also describing the role of guardian of supervision of novice teachers in the Plan of Initial Training of Teachers (FIPRUMU) of the ICE at the University of Murcia during the courses 2007 and 2008 (5th, and 6TH Edition).
