In this “very beginning” of the project we have decided to start from a strong theoretical base that give us a solid base for starting to build something different in the way of PLE’s exploration.
First of all, and in order to start thinking on the crucial elements that confiigure the PLEs of proffesionals, we could start from a solid learning theory, in this case the Sel f Regulated Learning theory, specially in theVersion of some authors as Pintrich, Boekaerts among others.
Nevertheless, once we have “fixed the theoretical floor” we have decided to go further. we don’t want a psychological research, we want a pedagogical exploration and understanding about PLEs, we want to start from a solid base but starting to flow using the whole potential of this group of amazing researches.
