Under Odysseus project, the Agenzia per il Patrimonio Culturale Euromediterraneo has organized a seminar with the theme "Promotion and Dissemination of Greek language and culture". During the seminar will screen the film "Touch of Cinnamon" to examine the influences of different Mediterranean cuisines on the culinary culture of the historic Greek community in Constantinople and its impact on the current Greek cuisine. The film will follow a debate that will take part Bernardini d'Arnesano Oztasciyan Isabelle, Professor of Greek Language and Translation at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Salento, Nilufer Tarikahya, Secretary General of the Association and DAFNI-DEFNE Ioannis Davilis, President of the Hellenic Community of Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto. The Workshop is organized in collaboration with the Center for the Dissemination of greek language and culture of the Hellenic Community of Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto
