Abstract: the aim of this goal is the improvement of teaching methods and quality assessment through exploring and evaluating ICT skillfulness of the Spanish Universities teaching staff. This to be done since we understand our current reality as relying on those nuclear competences, which must be dealt with from the Educational authorities.
