Abstract: The purpose of this project was to achive an analysis of the conditions of implementation of teaching situation through networks at the National University of La Rioja. After, depending of results, design a training plan to qualify the teachers the degrees offered in the UNLaR for the design of online courses and the content and learning activities included in each of them.
