HOW TO GET TO MURCIA

BY PLANE:

  • Alicante  airport (El Altet airport) 45 minutes by car approx. far from Murcia city.

  • There is another airport in Murcia (San Javier airport). Fewer flights available.

  • A taxi to Murcia may cost 65 € approximately from Alicante airport and 50 € from San Javier Airport

  • Bus service from Alicante Airport. Enlace Murcia offers a bus service Alicante airport – Murcia city – Alicante airport. These bus tickets can be bought directly to the bus driver. BY TRAIN:

 “El Carmen”  train station is ten  minutes walking to the city center.

BY CAR:

Murcia is connected to other Spanish regions by means of a complete road network.

  •  From Sevilla or Granada:

Through the Motorways A92 (Sevilla / Granada – Murcia) and E15 (Almería – Murcia)

  • From Madrid:

Through the road 301(Madrid – Murcia/Cartagena), or A3 (Madrid – Valencia/Murcia). There are also daily trains from Madrid to Murcia.

  • From Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante:

The connection with the Mediterranean Arch to Alicante, Valencia, and Barcelona  can be made through the inland Motorway E15 or by the coastal road 332 which starts from Cartagena. There are also daily trains from Barcelona to Murcia via Valencia and Alicante.
