El piso es amplio y luminoso, con aire acondicionado en el salón, suelo de parquet y tiendas de comida preparada en los alrededores. El tranvía y el Bus, para ir a la Universidad y centros comerciales está a tres minutos. En el precio de la habitación está incluido agua y comunidad, acceso a Internet wifi, llamadas a fijos y 2 horas de llamadas a móviles.
Hi there! We have one spare room in a 4-room flat. The flat has recently been refurbished, with air-conditioning in the living room (quite convenient in Murcia ;D), 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Water, phone and Internet Wifi bills included. It is placed in a quiet and nice area, next to the Spanish Official School of Languages, a public library and a shop centre (Zig-Zag). It takes 3 minutes to walk to the tram and bus lines that go to the University (both Espinardo and Merced Campus) and to Thader shopping centre. Also, the flat is at walking distance from the town centre. We are looking for easygoing, tidy and funny people. Two of us have been in the UK for quite a while, so we can help you out if you are learning Spanish!
