  Convocatoria 2009 de ICT-PSP (Programa de Innovación y Competitividad). El Ayuntamiento de Bristol (Reino Unido) junto con otras asociaciones y empresas del sector de la investigación e innovación, busca socios para participar en el proyecto "Gestión de la Energía para Reducir Emisiones " ( Managing Energy to Reduce Emissions, METRE), desarrollado bajo el marco del Programa de Apoyo a las TIC, concretamente su punto 4.1 referente a la Eficiencia energética en viviendas sociales. El laboratorio de Comunicación del Conocimiento de la Escuela de negocios Aarhus , en la Región central de Dinamarca, busca PYMES y compañías médicas interesadas en ser socios de un proyecto piloto consistente en la creación de un servicio web de traducción destinado a compañías y pequeñas o medianas empresas médicas.
  El proyecto supondría un beneficio para los socios, ya que además de reducir los costes de traducción relacionados con nuevos productos y servicios médicos, permitiría el intercambio de mejores prácticas de una forma más rápida y segura, lo que incrementaría a su vez la competitividad y la innovación.

  El Instituto de Sociedad de la Información de Rijeka (Croacia) busca socios para presentar dos propuestas:
  • Un proyecto que pretende introducir un sistema de información integrado del catastro, con el que se busca informatizar la gestión, reducir burocracia, dar un servicio más efectivo a los ciudadanos y las empresas, etc. Los socios del proyecto compartirían metodologías y experiencias en la puesta en marcha de un sistema como este a escala local.
  • Otro proyecto que está dirigido a la conceptualización de un modelo de comunicación e información a la ciudadanía a través de múltiples canales (sms, mails, mensajes de voz, etc.). Cada socio crearía un centro municipal de información que permitiría llegar a todos los segmentos sociales y fomentar la participación activa de los mismos a escala local.
