INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

 

 

The technical secretariat of the Motor Development and Learning in Infancy, II Conference to be held in May 2005 in Murcia, is being done by an organization called Plural. They will process your registration and book the hotels for you. Do not hesitate to contact them if you have any question. You will find them in the following address:

Important Note:

 

The payment for the Registration will go directly to the University of Murcia, while the payment for the hotel accommodation will be done through the Technical Secretariat. Thus, when doing your payment, please pay attention to the data because the method of payment and the bank account is different for registration and hotel accommodation. 

 

News:

 

As there were some concerns among participants about registration fees, the organizing committee has decided to reduce costs so that we could lower the prices. We have excluded the dinner closure from the fee as well as the conference book. This will reduce the price 100 €. The registration fee now includes: admittance to all sessions, attendance to Welcome Reception, all scientific and poster sessions, one copy of the program with abstracts, two coffees per day and lunch for every day. The payment of closure dinner is now optional and will cost 60 €.

 

There is no fee for accompanying persons. They will be allowed to attend to the Welcome Reception for free. If they want to attend the closure dinner they will have to pay 60€. 

 

As to the conference book, we will deliver a program with the abstracts in the congress, but not conference book will be edited. Instead, a special issue of Infant Behavior and Development will be published after the conference with the abstracts of all the participants who wish to do so. We consider this is a more interesting option for most authors and cheaper for the organization of the conference.

 

We remind you that early registration (before 15^th of March) implies a considerable reduction of the fees. A new registration form is available.

 

 If you have already registered, we will refund you the difference.

 

Registration:

 

·            To register for the Congress, please complete the registration form. It is a document in Microsoft Word format.

·            The registration fees includes:

-         Admittance to all sessions

-         Attendance to Welcome Reception

-         All scientific and poster sessions

-         One copy of the program

-         Coffees

-         Lunches

 

 

·            Accompanying person are invited to the Welcome Reception but must pay the closure dinner if they want to attend.

·            Closure dinner costs 60 €. Please state if you will attend with an accompanying person. 

·            You can pay the registration only by bank transfer.

·            Send the registration form with bank copy draft of the payment to Plural. You can send it by post, fax or e-mail.
