    .......... The present members of the Group are 3 Full Professors, 2 Lecturers, 2 Contracted Doctors, 2 Postdoc and 8 PhD students. The Group has been responsible for the Doctoral Thesis of 31 Doctors and has received 16 foreign postdoctoral research fellows [5 from United Kingdom (Drs. Michael A. Beswick, Kenneth F. Shaw, Michael G. Palin, Andrew D. Frankland, Calum MacBeath), 4 from Germany (Drs. Ralph Bergs, Barbara Rink, Walter Förtsch, Claus Grünwald), 3 from India (Drs. Anshu R. Singhal, Rashmi Shenoy, Ramesh S. Vadavi)], 1 from Ukraine (Dr. Mykhaylo Lyakhovych), 1 from Romania (Beatrice Calmuschi-Cula), 1 from Egipt (Dr. Abdel S. Hamad) and 1 from China (Dr. Guijiang Zhou)]. Five of them have being under the European Human Capital and Mobility Program and 1 under Marie Curie Actions. We use to offer 2 or 3 postdoctoral positions per year. See Postdoctoral positions

    .... Organometallic and Coordination Chemistry of Pd, Pt, Au, Hg, Rh, with some contributions to the chemistry of Ag, Sn, Mo, Ru and Tl.
    .... Organic synthesis using metal complexes.
    .... 1,1-ethylenedithiolato metal complexes
    .... Synthesis of polymers derived from phenylacetylene
    .... Synthesis of molecular chains
