Research Project “ICT competences for teachers in Spanish public universities: indicators & proposals for good practices” with reference EA2009-0133 funded by the Ministry of Education of Spain and coordinated by Paz Prendes.

Our main objective is to propose a catalogue of indicators to analyze and measure the digital competencies of every university teacher and to configure this catalogue based on an integrated and comprehensive model.

Basically, we combine some quantitative and qualitative strategies in order to approach the topic, using a dynamic where all the procedures can interact to enrich each other. To implement these procedures we have take advantage of the knowledgeof the crucial stakeholders in Higher Education and Educational Technology: national and international educational organizations, higher education institutions, experts and teachers.
